Here are my club images for February 2024.

Our set subject for this month was "One Colour From the Rainbow." So, there are quite a few monochromes, built by colour toning a B&W image.

Peter, an excellent array of creative, interesting, and imaginative images.
Forest Of Souls, wow. How did you come up with that idea?
Dust storm… I feel griity just looking at it.
Blue Picket Bird…is the glider real or AI. BY THE WAY, ARE YOU USING AI AT ALL?
Arise to the light…love the lighting on the face of the statue. That element really adds interest to this capture.
Blue Heaven…very cool.
They are all good Peter.

Exquisite images, Pete.

I love the shapes, values and color of Golden Beach.

The values, shapes, and details of Orange Roots combine to make it a winner.

Blue Heaven is both simple and powerful.

Forest of Souls - WOW! Very thought-provoking.

Yellow Sands is a fascinating abstract; I love the shapes and textures and composition.

Great attention to details in how you managed and portrayed the light with Arise to the Light.

Blue PicketBerg has so many things going for it: depth, values, energy, and sharp against soft.

Dust Storm is a superb teaching example of the power of restraint.

Don't blame me - I didn't vote for him!

Thanks for the comments Peter, Dave and Lorell.

Lorell - not into proper AI yet. I'd love to try out Magnific, but can't really afford that kind of money (the currency exchange rate!).

The paraglider in Blue PicketBerg was obviously added. With that much fog at ground level, there is clearly insufficient updraft for safe paragliding.
