Mmmmm.....all the foods look great! Just had home made pizza last night, forgot to take a photo....but I did make these today. Filled and fried. My mom filled them with a mix of mashed liver and onions and potatoes. So good!! If you like liver. Another Ukrianian lady filled them with fruit......another filled them with hamburger with onion and cheese....could almost put anything in them. We called them piroshky.

Natalie, you say “filled them” with liver, mashed potatoes, hamburg, etc. WHAT are you filling? What is the outer shell?

Grant, my son has a air fryer and he loves it. Think of how many more ELECTRIC kitchen cooking machines we now have vs our grand parents.

Insta-pot (pressure cooker)
Slow Cooker
George Forman Grill
Rotisserie ovens (I just donated mine to Good Will)
Electric frying pan
Toast master oven
Air Fryer
Fry Daddy (small counter top deep fryer)
Bread Maker
Rice cooker
Panini Press
Dehydrator
That new one where you cook all your foods in plastic bags submerged for hours in water
And let’s not forget the MICROWAVE

Got more to add?

Lorell, it's a basic dough

You roll small circles, about 3 inches diameter, put a spoonful of filling, pinch closed, fry in oil.
I boil chicken livers, mash them, add mashed potatoes and fried onions to the mix. That's my mom's filling recipe. Others use fried up hamburger and onions, with either rice or mashed potatoes used to make the filling stick together.
