An old favorite called the Texas Weiner. A name made popular by the Greek creator in the northern New Jersey and Hudson Valley of NY State. A spicy beanless chili sauce overflowing a bed of minced onion with mustard.
My replication of the recipe does it justice. I just made a few for yesterday's lunch. So good.

Now I wish I had a loaded dog for lunch! This is what I made for lunch today. Dashi broth with Sichuan hot paste (something new I am trying), garlic, XO sauce, Kombu broth, organic soy, fish sauce, Raw Sesame oil and Somen noodles. Also have Crimini and Oyster Mushrooms with some scallion. I used Steelhead trout instead of Salmon today. Forgive the shot, I am not really a food photographer.

There's just something about a spicy bowl of homemade soup that never tires me. Looks splendid, Michael.

Michael, Looks good. The only thing you need to do to be a food photographer is to watch both your presentation and maybe your crop. However it looks amazing. Made me hungry and I did have a loaded dog for lunch.

Nice photos everyone, appetizing, well presented and craftily photographed.
Bravo.

I thought I would share this link from an International Food Contest.  Enjoy.
