Food
I start my seeds in the house on heat mats and keep them there under a grow light until ready to go to the unheated greenhouse. I still use heat mats also for the colder nights. When it's warmer I have shade cloth to reduce the afternoon sun's heat.
I'm not in tomato growing country here so a little help makes them do OK.

Tuesday's dinner.

1) A medium boneless pork chop about 1/2 inch (1.25 cm) thick, marinated for 90 minutes in apple cider vinegar and home-grown & home-processed red peppers (a mix of two hot Thai peppers and some Cayennes).

2) Leftover small carrot disks in a mixture of honey and orange juice.

3) Jasmine rice.

After the pork chop marinated, I patted it dry, wrapped in aluminum foil, and baked at 350 F until internal temperature reached 155 F.

I cooked the rice to about 75% done and added it along with the carrots and pork chop to a covered skillet with a little EVOO (to sear the pork and finish the rice). For the final 10 minutes of this step I sprinkled some balsamic vinegar and ground citrus/pepper over everything.

I wish I had some fresh scallions to dice thinly on a diagonal as a finishing garnish, but it still turned out pretty tasty.

Don't blame me - I didn't vote for him!

Don't the Greeks make that in a spiral?

Some of the Sweet Greek pastries are made in rounds but others like Spanakopita egg spinach feta cheese are shown made in flat pans and then cut into squares. phyllo pastrie is especially crisp and flaky.

Yes. My wife made the latter often.
I see the spiral ones in the supermarket freezers.

Not as fancy a dish as most are here Wink  but thought I would post this photo I took while DW were wandering around in Prague. Street food... They called this Old Prague Ham, along with a local mustard, bread, and another dish that I can't recall the name of. Had potatoes in it and I think maybe cabbage. Pretty good food. We ate while people watching at a local park. We shared this.

Saw this fruit in a street market in Prague. Some of the best looking fruit and produce there that I have ever seen. Makes me wonder if it is because they are probably using more natural farming methods.
