Thanks, Natalie. I looked at the previous photos that I shared from our trip to the lighthouses and I was surprised that I never processed this one. I got to say that I think that it is one of my favorites because of the cold and mood that I feel it evokes. It brings back memories of how scared I was walking on that icy pier with no barriers along the sides. The other members were bummed when we found out that there wer high winds the day before and the waves were crashing over the pier. Can you imagine the images WE COULD HAVE GOTTEN? And I was thinking, it was 17 degrees out there, how cold would the wind chill factor have been with a brisk wind and which one of us would have been blown into Lake Michigan first?
