Grant, chicken lime tortilla soup....sounds interesting!
Steve, they look so good! Do you smoke them?

Hi Nat,
No, not these. I only smoke the kielbasa.
I grill the Italian. Great with sauteed onion and peppers or add to simmer in a good pasta sauce.

Steve,
I want a dozen....or your recipe.

Natalie, Similar to the base of the Kimchi soup
[Prefer to put our efforts into homemade Chicken Broth made from mature laying hens. We start with a few liters of broth bring it to a slow boil. Add chunks of cabbage, onion, garlic, grated ginger, red and green pepper, thin cut smoked ham, Chinese 5 spice, a few ounces of Sesame oil, freshly ground pepper, Sweet Thai Chile sauce, broccoli spears, cilantro, shrimp, fine rice noodles, and Kimchi dumplings. Mostly it matters in what order everything goes into the pot.]

8 oz. Cold water

Steve,
Your list of ingredients looks good.
We had Tacos made with left over Chile and striploin steak.
We buy the Taco shells from El Paso and heat them up on the Barbie.
