Thanks Lorell, looks like back roads but was in reality I-90. A beautiful Topaz Manip! I need to start playing with that more often!

Natalie., after Lorell mentioned all the fun stuff in the background I noticed the poster with the deer on it. If your brother is a hunter, as he must be since you used venison in the sausage. I bet he would enjoy watching Escanaba in da Moonlight. It is on YouTube but I saw the play at our community theater last week. It is a hoot! Very funny. Takes place in a deer camp in the UP of Michigan.

Thanks, Rich. I will pass that on to him. I have 2 brothers, both hunt, as much as they can. Their children hunt. No lack of venison. My younger brother's son and daughter drive to Texas to hunt wild pigs......some of the sausages had some of that meat in it. It's rather strong flavored (  )
