Yes a white wine sauce with tomato garlic onion and Romano shavings. Does not take long either. We also like fresh Rosemary black fresh ground pepper and crusty bread to soak up the soup. Did I mention smoked Bacon?

I've never eaten mussels. I think I've seen many on the coast, but never tried them.....yours look very good, as do the ribs. What is 5 S? Are they cooked on the grill?
