Good day or evening, Foto Friends.

A few days ago while grocery shopping my wife saw a poppy she liked. Cost just $5.00.

Yesterday I noticed that, along with 6 or more unopened buds, there was one pretty blossom standing tall right in the middle. The light was pretty good - neither too harsh nor too darkly overcast...

Don't blame me - I didn't vote for him!

Good lighting Dave and soft color!

Here is an outside and inside photo of Sun Studio. Amazing what good music came out of this little building!
Inside shot is a bit soft. Not enough lighting and I didn't want to use flash with the window location.

I believe that is an Icelandic Poppy. Oreomecon nudicaulis, synonym Papaver nudicaule, the Iceland poppy, is a boreal flowering plant. Native to subpolar regions of Asia and North America. Hybridized in many countries. Australis

Amazing music made Sun Recording Studio famous. Wink
