Mrs ironbark and I spent Christmas day late afternoon with our daughter and children, swimming in Cotter River, in the Snowy Mountains. Not far from Charlotte's Pass where there had been a light snowfall the day before. Meanwhile, a fire the size of Singapore(74,000 hectares) was burning just over the border in the state of Victoria. That's Australia all over.
