The colour Yellow

[Man From Ironbark]

Don, that yellow mushie looks almost good enough to eat. Although I wouldn't put it in beef wellington.

Very popular Challenge theme that has shown us some fine images.

Again from my archives (maybe 12-15 years ago) is this one of a yellow Day Lily, as always reprocessed before posting here...

I had the original printed on canvas - it turned out pretty good, but probably too large for the number of pixels.

I like that image Dave. Tthe contrasts of colour and depth are very nice. I used to grow day lilies but over assertive fruit fly controllers sprayed them and they never came back.

Thank you MFI. I was pleased with it too for the reasons you mentioned, plus I like the soft graceful yellow curves.

Another from the archives.

Here's something different.

[Rich]

Awesome display of mother nature on the yellow side!

Don, nice shot from a former Navy Man! Did we call them cleats? I was a boatswain mate and seem to have brain fog.

A 36 Chevy.

[Don]

That's a killer car Rich. Love that.

Yes, that is what I called it, a cleat. You might have heard the expression "dumb as a cleat" from your Navy days.

[Man From Ironbark]

Don, I liked the paint dripping the rusty texture and colour composition as well as the yellow cleat.

Buttercup Doubletail.

[Rich]

Nice! Congrats!
