Natalie, wow, a new one for me! A dozen of those eggs might be costly! Well done presentation!
We have a church in town with a nice red door. I may have to visit it before the end of the month! Good one!

I believe this was a photoshop adjustment.
I used the shake shingles for a lot of my still life's.

I love it, Rich! That would make a great gift to a person taking dance....their shoes and maybe the music from a recital....

Thanks Natalie, I did this for a co-workers daughter. These were her shoes. The one I gave her was in color with pink shoes and pink flower.

What a fun photo Natalie! Keeping the colors in the center part of the image keeps the eye there roaming around to find it all! Well done! A darn good looking hen house too!

Thank you, Rich!
I don't think I posted this one?  Went to drop off my son' truck ( this guy would work on my son's truck's lights....)   and he had this car on top of the storage box? Don't ask me why?

Oh wow, what great additions!
Rich, LOVE LOVE LOVE the satin slippers, in sepia and Yellow roses.  THe selective colors in the MIDWAY make that a winner, otherwise it may be too buy.
Natalie, You have been a busy lady. Your cool teal automobile really has  a unique approach.  Home on the farm,  "JUST FOR FUN" is FUNNNNNNNNY!  Love it.  I Like the red door on the church too, very clear and simple. The still life with the lemon and flowers came out very nice.  I think it was worth the time and effort.
Don, great reds in the flag and stairs, no more no less.

Natalie, has been busy. Just for Fun could be the Title for this month's challenge....
Don't know bout the rest of you, but I have had fun. Not sure if I had more fun making images or looking at all the contributions from our members.

Great images since I last looked!

Rich, your "snow cones" combines imagination, creativity. and a humor with an excellent composition and great handling of the challenging values.

Lorell, "Chevy Power" is awesome.

Grant, your hand-colored portrait superb.

Natalie, I love your still life of the lemons, berries, and flowers. A classic composition.

Rich, your hand-colored photo of the stand at the Midway Show displays the kind of judgement and restraint I wish I had. (I would have either colored the entire stand or just a few isolated spots, and neither wold have worked. But you nailed it by avoiding both extremes.

Natalie, you can't go wrong with a colorful bluebird.

Don - the subtle touch of a master on display (your church image in post #57).

I love the egg shot, Natalie. Lots of contrasts here (rich color vs B&W, round shape vs straight lines, the mottled blotches on the egg vs the alternating B&W shapes of the background, and different textures). Your image is a quiet gem.

Natalie: red church door is a winner!

Rich: your ballet slippers & music image is in a class by itself; understated and elegant, great composition, great value control.

Natalie; your "just for fun" image of the hen house, fowl, and farmer is a hoot! And I love the one of the aqua-colored car.

Grant, a colorful flag against grayscale is perfect for this topic.

I've taken few photos lately, so I went back at least 15 years, reworking a favorite photo of a Snowy Egret at the wetlands. He was on the rail of a footbridge, and he allowed me to get within 3 feet of him. The conversion to selective color was quick, and I like the result...

Don't blame me - I didn't vote for him!
