Hello Friends,
Staying up late tonight and watching the USA vs. CANADA hockey game LIVE from the Olympics.  Right now the USA is leading 3-2 and there are about 5 minutes left to period #2.
I am working on some photos that I will send to my camera club's local meeting even though I will not be there. One of the topics is SNOW LANDSCAPE.  I am not sure I will be using this photo since it isn't really a landscape but could use it for the category, VB, very best.
I hope you are having a nice weekend.
I am sorry that I have been MIA, but we have some friends staying with us and it would be rude to be on my computer.

Hope all is well with you,
LORELL

Lovely perspective, Lorell. Smile

Lorell, what a unique photo. And MFI nailed it - lovely perspective.

Two dandelion shots from consecutive days...

(They have now been removed, but more will certainly take their place.)

Don't blame me - I didn't vote for him!

WoW Lorell, a great shot and I echo Peter's comment! B&W perfect! Depth of focus (DOF) amazing.

Hi Peter!

Dave, seriously? Dandelions this early? Good composition!

Going over to the BIG CITY today to visit a high school friend who is having health issues. About an hour away. He happens to live in the same development as my son and wife so will stop and visit them too!

Here is a shot from the bow of the  USS Alabama. Where I am standing would be called the Fo'c'sle in Navy terms. Where the anchor and chain is. An area near and dear to me on my ship as a work place.
