[Dave]

Good day all.

We've had rain here for about 11 of the past 15 days, with more to come. But despite the threatening look of this shot taken early this morning there'll be no rain today: it should startmid-morning tomorrow, get heavier overnight and very heavy on Jan 1 and continuing for 4 or 5  days after that.

[Rich]

Dark and Gloomy Dave! You have been getting the rain in SoCal for sure. Our news showing a lot of damage,.

[Dave]

Fortunately no flooding in my area.

But an undetected roof leak caused most of the ceiling (panels and insulation) to come crashing down to the floor of the master bathroom.

[Rich]

Ohh sorry to hear that Dave.
