I was a light painting, but this was only ONE layer, not multiple layers. the photo was taken in total darkness using a skiiny flashlight to skim the light from the side.
I also used my Lens Baby.

Yes Lorell, it is the arthritic mess that has now hopefully been fixed. Drove three hours there, spent four hours in the hospice, wife drove home and now I'm here typing with my left hand. Thankfully the summmer days here are long enough to fit all that in.
