Thank you Don, for your comments on my chili and your wishes on my medical work.
The chili was quite tasty and I'll use the last of the chicken thighs and more beans to make another batch. This time I may add some lemon or lime juice and try to remember to top it all with with some dollops of sour cream or Mexican crema and sliced scallions.
As for my health, the lab analyses were simply routine. But I've learned that the only routine medical thing about being 75 is that there's always something else that is breaking down.
