Good morning all. Yeah, pretty cool here this morning as well although it had risen into the low 50's now. We are going to visit DD tomorrow for a few days and I had considered riding my motorcycle but it is going to be a bit cool for riding and there is a bit of a chance for rain, so I am going to pass on that. Atlanta traffic would be bad enough on a bike without having to ride through rain.
I've been working on my travel blog of our birding trip to Laredo if anyone would care to take a peek.

Nice job on the photo Natalie - funny indeed.
Dave, I like the color on the photo. Interesting and kind of antique looking too.
Nice Mardi Gras photo Lorell - that is something that I have never been too interested in being involved with. Guess I am getting old. The strong, contrasting colors and shallow depth of field really make this one pop.
Hi Grant. And I want to thank all of our you regular posters for keeping us afloat. I know I don't post as often as I probably should but I am always lurking and making sure we are "up". There have been a few glitches lately that fortunately I have been able to get corrected pretty quickly.
Meanwhile, here is a bird that Dave should recognize and one that we used to see a lot when we visited California. Of course this was taken in south Texas. A Black Phoebe.
