Thanks for the nice reactions to my water drop macro.

Beautiful winter images Grant, as always.

Excellent, Lorell. As noted, B&W suits it. Any relation to the Kellogg family of cereal fame?

Natalie, I can imagine how hard the areas of white paint were. I love jigsaw puzzles, as did my mother and her father. The hardest one I ever saw was called Little Red Riding Hood's hood: it was round, probably had 700 to 1000 pieces, and was just a solid red color - no help at all from image details. My grandfather, a man of remarkable patience, solved it first (just after Christmas, sometime in the early 1960s). Then I borrowed it - took many days, but I finally got it put together. Thanks for sparking pleasant memories of my grandfather.

BTW, one of my daily habits is to visit www.jigzone.com and assemble one or more puzzles. They have many, conveniently arranged in categories, and you can choose from 35 combinations of piece count and piece shape.

Don't blame me - I didn't vote for him!
