Lorell, stationary bikes and spin cycles are a whole different ballgame......I was doing rehab on my knee on a staionary bike....Spin cycles pedals do NOT stop when you stop pedaling and you could get hurt.....you have to pedal them down.....where as like a real bike, a stationary bike if you stop pedaling you can keep your feet on the pedals......
