Hello Friends,
Welcome back, Patty. I hope you enjoyed your visit with your Daughter and SIL. Was it hot down there? Being around water though does have a cooling effect even if you can only look at it. Did you get your toes wet? I love the kids in the canoe. They look like they are having quite a good time.
Dave, That is really a pretty flower, with such pretty ombre in the petals of the flower. Keep 'em coming.
Rich, Now that is a comforting and cooling scene. I agree with Patty, the red house is a nice splash of color and focus point. There are some nice homes on that lake.
Natalie, Another beautiful and colorful bloom. I cannot wait to see what comes next. I am lucky with my Olympus. If I use the screen to compose a photo, I can touch the screen, as you do on your phone and the camera focuses on that point. It is such a great feature. I have got many good shots by shooting from the hip or lower.
Mallow, every time that was mentioned, I started salivating. I use to love MALLOW CUPS. I ate so many of them as a teen! One of my favorite candy bars. Do you all know what I am talking about? I like them much better than Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.
Well, here is something totally unrelated to the above images that you all shared.
The camera did a good job of getting the insect in the bird's mouth. Well, it is in focus on the original image.
Have a good day,
LORELL
