New as in Fresh paint. When looking at real estate Gray and or Greige have been in style for almost a decade.
I must say I am not a fan. The colour we are painting over the dull grayed green is Vanilla Cream an almost white & brighter version.
It should be uplifting on dull overcast days.
I must add that it is taking 3 coats and there is a lot of cutting in
