Grant, good morning, how are you doing today?
You sure do know a lot about cameras and equipment and of course, you know how to use them I have never heard of a Petzval lens. Did you own or use a lens like this? I like the effect. Getting new lenses is exciting, both the search, the wait, opening the box when it arrives and then using it to create different effects.

Dave, your comp is really good, especially with the splash of yellow and where it is positioned. I also like how the background goes from dark to light tan and the addition of the white blossoms is icing on the cake. Good eye, Dave, and good photo. Thanks for starting our daily.
I think I will submit this image for tomorrow night's photo club meeting. Still working on several others though. Because of our club's frequent outings, I have a lot more to pick from.
