Well, iI have a confession. That is not THE actual Lunar Vehicle used by Apollo 15. It would have been a while if I travelled to get photos of it. You see, that moon buggy still sits on the moon as does the moon buggies brought up by Apollo 16 and 17! Thanks all all for the nice comments you shared. The museum currently has a special APOLLO attraction. I must say, this was one of the most interesting parts of the attraction, and it was nice that they had the huge wide photo in the background. It helped make the imageĀ interesting.
Hi Rich, I really enjoyed the museum and it is a great place to bring guests from out of town. Wow, what a place. We were lucky, it was not too crowded and only a few bus loads of school kids. Your view of the melting water is a wonderful and welcome sight. Pretty blues.
Patty, I see why you make the scrap quilts, it is pretty and interesting. I love the variety. It feels so good to wrap oneself up in a quilt. Hand quilting vs machine quilting is like the debate between SOOTC vs Photoshopped! Who has the time anymore when we have so many other things we have to do?
Natalie, You have so many great hobbies, it does not surprise me that you know how to quilt and that you helped make some for the church raffles.
