Your watercolour is a bunch of work. To be loose it is best not to try and paint inside the lines. Instead let the colour break free. Outside of the box if you will be so bold.
In art repro, without creating a profiled file, One is tempted to darken the image to save the highlights, however that with some heaving of the paper after wetting [showing some shadows], tends to muddy the image.
That is all I have to say about that.
