Good morning Dave, thanks for starting the daily. I slept until 0700 this morning, unprecedented! But I see you were up early as usual. Nice looking blossom there, I like the 2 different colors.

Today I will finish packing for our trip down to Fla starting tomorrow. We'll be meeting my middle sister and her DH for dinner tomorrow night in Tampa, at a restaurant we almost always visit when down there. We will also go back into Tampa for dinner at Columbia restaurant as well as we like that one too. We are staying in Lakeland which is near to the Circle Bar B Ranch Preserve which is our main destination. Weather promises to be hot with days in the mid to upper 80's and nights mid to upper 60's. No rain forecast until toward the end of the week.

I'm taking 2 Nikon digital bodies with a 24-200mm on one and 120-600 on the other. This will be the first time I have really had a chance to put the 24-200 through its paces. Also have the Mamiya 645Pro medium format film camera and the 4x5 pinhole. I decided not to take the Pressman 4x5. I think I probably have enough cameras to keep me busy.

Here are a couple from Circle B from last years trip, which I might have posted over on WC. Just shows a couple of the paths through the area. The guys there were shooting photos of a Barn Owl that was in a tree. They like to roost around that area.

Hmm... you know, I have a roll of 35mm infrared film and with all that green I might just load up one of my 35mm cameras with a red filter and take that along as well.
