I mentioned yesterday that I have at least 3 more florals from an outing to our Central Park a few days ago.

As usual, I haven't a clue what these plants are. But I like the richness of the colors, the varieties of forms, and the sense of energy in this one...

Stay safe and well, everyone.

Don't blame me - I didn't vote for him!

Almost looks like a painting Dave. Good saturation and colors.

I left yesterday morning for a 2 day moto-camping trip down to the panhandle of Florida. Weather was supposed to be nice, but it turned out to be super foggy. Not really good for photos. I decided this morning to just come on back home.

These two photos show what the weather was like when I set up camp, versus what it looked like just a short time later when I rode down to the St. Marks lighthouse. I tried to salvage something out of the low contrast photo.

Hi Don.

I'm sorry the weather shortened your trip.

Nice "salvage" results. There is something about the first one that makes it subtly, maybe even subconsciously appealing. I did note that the repeating straight lines of the posts are very effectively complemented by their rippled reflections.

Thanks for your comments on my photo. Like you, I think it brings to mind a certain style of painting - one that is quite realistic but amps up the colors here and there.

I'm making progress on my PSE troubles. Walmart had originally refused me a refund even though I was never able to download it, but I insisted and I got my money back an hour ago. After ordering and processing a PSE 2025 download direct from Adobe, I ended up with PSE 2021. But after a call to their customer service, they sent me new emails that should get me the 2025 version. Tomorrow morning I'll find out if it works as planned when I try the download links they sent.

My next task is to see what I can retrieve from the old PC. (And thanks again for your suggestions on how to do that.) Next I'll probably need to buy another high capacity external drive and consolidate onto it data that's currently dispersed among several smaller external drives.

As the overworked beaver said; "It seems like my life is just one dam thing after another."   Big Grin

Don't blame me - I didn't vote for him!
