Well, I'm stumped.

Looking at the pointed end, maybe it's designed to pierce or crack something. A low tech (and probably ineffective) nutcracker? I doubt it.

Then it occurred to me that it might work well in gardening - say you're planting a row of seeds; the point could produce a hole on the soil of the right depth for many kinds of seeds. Again, this probably isn't right.

An unlikely thought came to me that it might be used in some sort of arts or crafts - perhaps involving yarn or heavy thread. Nah! I don't think so.

Next, I thought or chickens. Something to help crack the egg as the hatchling struggles to emerge? Probably not.

Don't blame me - I didn't vote for him!

Well, Dave, you are on the right track....should I tell you which one of your ideas is on the right track? Okay
Arts or crafts........

You said, "Something to help crack the egg as the hatchling struggles to emerge? " LOL! Actually, they have to do that job by themselves...takes them about 8 to up to 18 hours once they make the first "pip" crack....poor babies....life is hard! You should not help them, as they are still absorbing the rest of the yolk during this time. They need that in their body to be a healthy chick!! Mother Nature is remarkable!!

How about a tool to make the dented TIN images?  I don't know any other way to explain it, other than show you an example, like this hammered metal frame.
Here are some earrings too.  If anyone could create these hammered metal projects, it would be you, Natalie.

"Home made Toothpick?" LOL! I don't think so.....but good try!!
Pretty, Lorell! But no. To make those you would need something heavy and bigger than the 4 inch tool pictured. Try again!!

Another hint...I'm Ukrainian. Where is Steve? He may know!!
