Tap tap
is this thing on?
Knock knock. I know I'm early with the weekender but I've given you an extra day to think about Saturday. Which it is for me as the sun slips into view on the 214th day of the year.
The sun has set on Friday:
It also set on where the rain went without stopping here.
A beautiful yet menacing cloud formation, And two views of a double rainbow.
Nice!
Egyptian Geese are native to Africa, but southern California has a stable and growing population of them; they can be found in many of out parks, large and small.
The ones in my photo seem to be less intensely colored; perhaps because the breeding season is over.
In my experience, they are quite aggressive, chasing after other birds that may be far larger. And I've often experienced them rushing at me.
Don't blame me - I didn't vote for him!

I agree with Dave, very impressive clouds and double rainbow as is the zoom! Beautiful pink colors!
Dave, interesting geese! Some regular domesticated geese around here will chase you too!
Here is a shot of a downtown park. Quite small. there was a bank built there in the late 1800's. They outgrew it and built a block away. There was a fire and this is what came out of the ashes. The LOVE sign is quite appropriate for today's world I thought!
