Some photos are hard to look at. Our youngest needed life saving heart surgery. He is almost 40 now but we almost lost him at 18 months. Somehow he knew.
Another easier to look at. Still boxes and boxes.

Grant, that first one is a heckuva photo - look at those eyes; and a smile with hidden meaning rivaling that of Mona Lisa. I'm so glad that the surgery was successful.
Sorry to switch themes, but I said I'd post more photos of Monday's glorious sunrise...

Thank you Dave, You are my one man fan club.... A Mona Lisa smile is quite a compliment.
Who doesn't like a colourful sunrise or sunset.
Another digitization from a colour negative. 2 1/4 VPS. I loved flash fill on a backlit outdoor portrait. The ETRsi was a competent Camera system.

Grant, I agree with Dave's comment on your first two photos. I too am glad everything turned out well.
He had and probably still has very expressive eyes!
Fill flash really worked out good. I loved that VPS for portraits!
Dave, WOW! Armageddon! Love it!
Nothing from me today, maybe tomorrow I will get something posted.

I experimented with natural light portraits. Nikon F HP5 pushed to 1600 in a 72 exposure roll. Super thin emulsion and film base - to get a double roll inside the cassette. Back in the day we embraced grain.

Grant, wonderful set!
Dave, loving the colors.
I am taking a left turn from the theme. Just a black and white for you.

An interesting array of photos today.
I am having trouble finding something to post.
So allow me to enjoy the photos of the “miracle baby”, fiery skies, muddy smile, sepia work photo and corner plaza. All fun and interesting images.

Grant, I like to see a little grain now. Thinking of when I shot film and cursed the grain sometimes. I am experimenting with shooting ISO 400 with my new Canon and like the very slight grain I see. Excellent portrait!
Michael, Interesting composition with the white car in the middle...really works!
