Wednesday, October 29th, 2025 - Dave - 10-29-2025 Happy Hump Day! I finally got my new cell phone functional. After hours talking with tech support last week, they promised to escalate the issue, but when I called back on Monday for status I learned that they lied to me - the problem wasn't escalated and nothing had been done. However the person I spoke to on Monday was able to get things fixed in about 10 minutes - something that the several so-called tech specialists (including one tech supervisor) couldn't or wouldn't do. Still some minor issues: 1) the step counter consistently under reports my daily steeps by 6 to 10%, and 2) I've been unable to transfer photos from the old phone to the new one. But at least I can make and receive phone calls and texts again. A photo from April 2018 of a sunset down my street and reprocessed yesterday....     Not especially vivid but I like and especially the harmonious colors and especially the dramatic values of the sky. I have not seen one like that. Very dramatic! Good one! This doesn't fit in with your wonderful photo but I will post it anyway.  I was out to our big box home improvement store a couple of days ago.
