Monday August 25th 2025 - Dave - 08-25-2025
This is one of a series of photos I took in the backyard way back in May of 2014. It's an adult female hummingbird, either an Allen's or a Rufous. They look almost identical, but since the Allen's species is much more common here, it's probably that.
I recropped, rotated and reprocessed it this morning...
Have yourselves a pleasant day or evening.

You are so fortunate to have hummingbirds to shoot.
Here's something I shot this morning.

Sorry for the late response - A very brief power outage two mornings ago took out our internet access; just got it hack late yesterday afternoon.
Nice one, MFI. Sunrise or sunset through sheer curtains?

Sunrise reflecting off the window with the curtains as a background for the slide screen?
This was the sunrise.
