Oh, such a sweet ending to this enjoyable challenge. It was fun and funny.
It is nice to see everyone's sense of humor side.
Grant, Urk and I have a lot in common. Here is a story that I shouldn't share, BUT I WILL ANYWAY.
I took a shower the other day, I always put the towel on a hook outside the shower. When I was finished with my shower and whipped open the curtains, the towel was not there! Dang it, I thought I had brought one into the bathroom. I got out and grabbed my sweatshirt and started drying myself off. Moments later I found the towel. It was wrapped around my head to keep from getting my hair wet. I also lose my glasses up there a lot too!
Natalie, that is such a great still life and absolutely hysterical. I love how Peter is hiding in the dark shadows . This is an excellent still life too, the sifter, spice, sprinles of dough on the rolling pin, etc.

Now that the month is over and the challenge is grinding to a halt Peter Pumpkin should be scared. He might end up in a pie or a tart....Natalie, For someone who did not want to do this challenge you had a good number of posts. Lorell too.

Thanks, Rich, Lorell and Grant for taking the time to look in on the monthly challenge and for the kind words.....Grant, funny, I WAS going to bake a pie for the last shot, but never got around to it...besides, my daughter and I are trying the Keto diet, and pie is not on that list, unfortunately, as it's one of my favorite pies!!
I tried to get the cat to sit beside the pumpkin but she ran for it, and thus I have a ghost of a cat!! That works!! Sorry for the noisy photos. I had low light, and my lenses couldn't handle it....best I could do......

Natalie, that sure does work! Looks like the cat is startled and the hair is sticking up on her back! Great shot and amazing carving! This was a fun challenge.

Natalie, what a finish to a fun monthly challenge. You knocked it out of the park with your creativity, skill, and imagination.

To me, it looks like the cat is a ghost and it creates sort of a spooky mood. I think I like this better than if you had the cat sitting next to Peter.
I hope Pumpkin seeds are on your list of options for your KETO diet, though after seeing this image, I may have lost my appetite for mine.
Great job all and I am anxious to start a new challenge.
